As an applicant. Recently went through what seemed to be discriminationin the work place after doing my due diligence. I was sold the dream and given the opposite. It was at a smaller start-up health organization. I appreciate the advice to be passionate, but it was my passion that was weaponized and used against me. I think this a bit of a unique situation, but because of it, I am beginning to explore DNI, especially the inclusion piece.
