Changing the Game, Advancing Black Lives: From the Streets, Fields and Courts
This is the third annual Project 400 conference which began as a year-long observance of when the first Africans were brought to the British colonies in North America in 1619. A two-day conference has been planned to further examine the contemporary challenges faced by African Americans highlighting obstacles overcome and those that remain.

Friday's sessions focus on recent calls for a collective urban agenda and police reform.

Saturday's sessions focus on activism from within sports led by athletes.

March 25 - Wesley Lowery, Pulitzer Prize winning journalist and best-selling author
March 26 - Dr. Amira Rose Davis, Assistant Professor of History and African American Studies, Penn State University
